Policies
These policies keep training sessions safe, disciplined, and consistent for everyone.
Attendance & entry (QR-based)
Members scan IN and OUT using the day’s QR. The code refreshes each day and the same QR is used for both IN and OUT.
Please arrive a few minutes early so batches can start on time.
Dress code & footwear
Non-marking athletic shoes are mandatory. Please wear clean, indoor-friendly shoes that do not leave marks on the playing surface.
Recommended attire: comfortable sportswear that allows free movement (t-shirt / jersey, shorts or track pants).
Please avoid: sandals, slippers, casual street shoes, or any footwear with dark/marking soles.
Junior supervision
For juniors and teens, guardian consent may be required. Guardians may be asked to approve critical actions (for example, onboarding and enrollment steps) to keep the experience safe and accountable.
Payments
To keep batches consistent and planning smooth, we follow clear payment timelines.
- Monthly dues timeline: dues are typically expected at the start of the cycle / month (or as communicated for your batch).
- Confirmation timeline: payment confirmations may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect, especially during peak hours.
- Late payments: repeated delays may impact batch continuity until dues are regularized.
- Refunds / reversals (if any): processed on a case-by-case basis and may take 5–10 business days depending on the scenario.
Conduct & training discipline
Respect coaches, batch timings, and facility rules. We train like a serious academy—focused sessions, controlled behavior, and a positive environment for all players.
