DIOS Arena (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the public website, player portal, and related academy services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

- Account & contact: name, email address, phone number, and profile details you provide when registering or updating your player profile.
- Authentication: one-time login codes sent to your email and, if you choose it, Google sign-in identifiers used to verify your account.
- Training & enrollment: batch selections, enrollment requests, attendance scans (including QR-based check-in/out), and related academy records.
- Payments: payment references, due status, and proof-of-payment uploads you submit for manual verification (we do not process card payments on this site).
- Guardian & junior data: guardian contact details and consent records when a student links a guardian account.
- Support & inquiries: messages and form submissions when you contact us or request a visit or trial.
- Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) needed for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- provide access to the player portal and academy services;
- manage enrollments, attendance, batches, and communications about your training;
- verify payments and maintain accurate membership records;
- respond to support requests and operational messages;
- protect the security and integrity of our systems; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate email delivery, hosting, or internal tools, and only as needed to run DIOS Arena. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of members, staff, or the public.
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account or enrollment relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Children & guardians
Where juniors or students under 18 use DIOS Arena, a parent or guardian may be required to approve certain actions. Guardians should provide only information necessary for supervision and consent.

- You may stop using email or Google sign-in by contacting support; some records may be retained as described above.
