Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DIOS Arena website, player portal, and related services operated by DIOS Arena (a subsidiary of DIOS Table Tennis and DIVA Sports Company). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating or using a player account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
• Sign-in may use a one-time email code or Google sign-in where enabled.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access that violates these Terms or academy rules.

Academy services

DIOS Arena provides structured table tennis coaching, batches, attendance tracking, enrollment management, and related member tools. Program availability, schedules, fees, and batch assignments are communicated by the academy and may change with reasonable notice.

On-site training rules—including dress code, QR attendance, conduct, and junior supervision—are described in our Policies page and apply in addition to these Terms.

Payments

Unless otherwise stated, payments are collected manually (for example via bank transfer or UPI) and confirmed by academy staff. This website does not process live card payments. Fee timelines, confirmations, and refund handling follow academy policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the portal, interfere with systems, or attempt unauthorized access;
• upload false payment proofs or misleading enrollment information;
• harass coaches, staff, or other members; or
• use the services for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The DIOS Arena name, branding, website content, and training materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except for personal use of portal features we provide.

Disclaimers

Sports training involves physical activity. Participation is at your own risk. We do not guarantee specific competitive outcomes. Services are provided on an “as available” basis; we may modify or discontinue features for maintenance or operational reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIOS Arena and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
